Had some service work done on my wife's Mercedes GL350 BluTec... Oil change etc... And needed some brakes done... Front brakes. All the work was completed, was kept informed, work was done in less than one day. In a short period of time, the brakes started to screech. I called Albert and told him, he said to bring it by and they would gladly look at it... Some time passed and I called Albert back, he definitely remembered. Due to my travel schedule, I was finally able to bring in the vehicle, where they looked at the brakes and noticed some issues... Without question and in the same day, they provided a new set of brakes with no questions asked. I was very impressed. They even shuttled me to work while they worked on the vehicle as well. So, very personal service and definitely took care of me in a manner that prompted me to write a review.. of which I normally don't do. Due to the way they handled this situation, I would definitely recommend DMA and appreciate Albert's approach. Nice job!
