New happy customer. My Golf R needed an oil change. I decided to check out DMA after receiving their flyer in the mail. I am completely OCD when it comes to my car and paranoid about rip off shops so I approached with caution. I found a friendly staff, a comfortable office and waiting area, stocked with cookies, soda/ water, TV, leather sofa, and magazines. Dave, the owner, introduced himself and his 3 friendly dogs. He thanked me for coming in and put me at ease with the service. I would recommend DMA to friends and will return for my next service.

First time dealing with this shop. Albert & his assistant (Alex?) were very friendly and gave me detailed assessment of repairs on same day that car was dropped off. Albert even waited 15 minutes past closing as I hacked my way thru evening traffic!

We have had two cars serviced here since we moved to GA in July 2014. We worked with Albert first and most recently with James. They are both very friendly & courteous. They called before any work was done to make sure it was ok to procede and the work on our cars was done in a very timely manner. They called after the first car was worked on to thank us for choosing their shop and hoped we'd come back to them for any future needs. We are very happy to find a repair shop that works on my Mini Cooper and as well as our Toyota that is reliable, trustworthy, does the repair properly and is close to home. We will continue to go to them first for any repair needs in the future.

DMA changed out my BMW battery and charged $158 labor. Another garage charged $71 2 years later (battery from Pep Boys was faulty). Same procedure to program the new battery, etc. Maybe the labor rate is higher at DMA.
