Ironically, my concern is that the oil change is accomplished so fast! It's hard to believe that a 35 point inspection is accomplished. As we have seen, an oversight can sometimes cause problems.

Brought in Pathfinder because the check engine light was illuminated. Albert checked the code and let's us know our Catalytic Converter was bad. He discusses our options and cost since we live outside of Metro Atlanta and emissions is not required. We opted to fix it anyway and he ordered the parts for us. DMA worked with us on our schedule and fixed the issue the following Saturday morning. Great business, good job explaining options and what was needed. Highly recommended.

all has been good for the longest, but i think we might have missed something on the last visit. car went in with low battery, and trans-safe prog. wierd thing is the battery is dead again, but i still have faith in you guys. just have no more money to throw into this pit. hope the monday visit will yield better results, and lower cost.

Hello Albert,It was a pleasure meeting both you and Scott earlier this week. Thanks again for saving me tons of time and money searching for a solution to the "creaking" sound in that Impala! I was really concerned that it wasn't the motor mount, but I am so glad that you guys were honest and informed me that it in fact was not the motor mount, and merely a lose support bracket. Definitely fixed my problem and was worth every penny that I paid! I was able to return the motor mount to Rock Auto, which covered the cost incurred at DMA. It's wonderful to have a mechanic you can trust! Not only will DMA fix your car right the first time but they are honest and stand by their work. A good mechanic is hard to find...so glad I did!
