Albert had my car taken care of immediately I brought my X3 to the repair shop for AC Servicing. I was impressed with how he explained what I needed to take care of in my SUV as his BMW tech basically did a full check of my SUV at no extra cost (and most importantly, I didn’t feel pressured to get these repairs done quickly). He explained to me which of the repair needed to be done first and which could wait. I will certainly come back for the repairs as soon as I’m ready
